Speakeasy Presents…
Ferguson, Tony Aparo, PE Teacher
8pm / $15 / 21+
FERGUSON is a self-proclaimed high school dropout from a one stoplight town outside of Nashville, he embarked on a solo career after he formed and dissolved his high school band Kingston Springs, when they were on the verge of success, with shows at Austin City Limits Music Festival, Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo lineup and a major label deal on the table. Headstrong with a solo vision, FERGUSON's self-released his debut album State Of Gold, which he claims he recorded in his moms basement (some of it after he accidentally locked himself inside.) Against the odds, it became a breakthrough indie hit, with BILLBOARD comparing him to the "The Beatles and Brian Wilson" and SOUND OPINIONS praised his "Wonderful rootsy psychedelia meets country, that transports you to another world of the best psychedelic rock." Ferguson is hard at work on a follow up album which will be released in 2025.
Tony Aparo is a songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, audio engineer, and visual artist working and
living in Atlanta, Ga. He is a founding member of the cultish folk-quartet Improvement
Movement and has been writing and performing songs of his own for 15 years. His most recent
album, “Born Too Soon” released November 2025 exclusively on Bandcamp and Samply. He is
5’7” and approx 140 lbs making him an excellent candidate for your consideration.
