Nina Garbus is an experimental art-pop group based in Atlanta, Georgia. Formed in 2019 by four high school friends, the band quickly became known within Atlanta’s DIY scene for pushing beyond conventional pop structures and crafting cohesive, concept-driven works. Since their early beginnings, Nina Garbus has expanded into a five-piece ensemble while continuing to refine their sound.

After years of work and evolution, the band has released their newest album, Secrets of the Fifth Angel. Drawing inspiration from film noir and 20th-century Giallo cinema, the record attempts to translate the genre’s concept into a sonic landscape. Blending elements of post-rock, progressive music, and Italian film scores, the album follows the story of private investigator Ron Tamerlane as he is pulled into the most difficult case of his career.
